Support Philosophy...
INTERACTION believes post-sales support
is the key to customer longevity and the development of new customers. Many of
our customers have been with us from more than twelve years. Most of our new
customers are referred by our existing customers. Customers earn
one hour of FREE on-site time for every
seven hours of $60 per hour on-site time paid
for by their referrals during their referrals' first six months of invoices. Goodwill hours may be
provided at INTERACTION's discretion when on-site or in-office services take longer than they should. Free
telephone support is provided to local customers in good standing. Even "loaner"
hardware may be provided to local customers in good standing at no charge in some cases!
