INTERACTION on-site and in-office services
include (but are not limited to) PC software and
hardware installation, networking, consultation,
maintenance, refurbishing, updating, training,
virus/spyware removal
and general troubleshooting for software and
hardware including desktop computers, notebooks, Pocket PCs,
Microsoft servers as well
as networking hardware devices.
INTERACTION's current hourly rate for any type
of on-site service starts at $60 per technician.
The minimum hourly rate for not-for-profit
organizations any type of on-site service is $50
per technician. Service hours are measured to
the nearest half hour. There's a one hour
minimum charge on any on-site service.
Drive
time beyond Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco
Counties as well as in-office services are
billed at half the hourly rate.
INTERACTION's
minimum check-out charge or trip charge is $30.
Installation of new hardware or software by
phone is charged at the in-office rate.
New customers receive a $30 hourly on-site rate
for the first hour of service not including
drive time. This includes discounts on
Bundled Services.
