Bundled Services
Charges for Bundled Services will not exceed the hourly rate without permission from the client. This sampling of Bundled Services pricing does not include drive time charges outside the Tampa Bay tri-county area. First Time pricing is indicated the first time INTERACTION performs some services because of initial setup or cleanup time. New customers receive the first hour discount. Work completed at INTERACTION's office is billed at half the hourly rate.

ITEM S-1 On-site Monthly Maintenance Disk Cleanup, Verify and Update Antivirus, Anti-Spyware and Firewall installation, Configure browser security settings, Update Windows and MS Office, Take note of Event Viewer errors/failures, Windows startup optimization, Start Antivirus and Anti-Spyware on-line scanners, Start Hard Disk Defragmentation, Service Pack upgrades for WinXP or Win2000 is additional $30 each PC. $210 first time, $180 subsequently, up to 3 PCs, 3 hours max

ITEM S-2 On-site Backup to CD-R or DVD-R Copy data to disc. $120 first time, $90 subsequently, 1.5 hr max.

ITEM S-3 Security Check with Antivirus Install & Configure Includes current edition Norton Antivirus & Spybot Antispyware with updates, Start Anti-Spyware on-line scanner, Security Check. $90, 1 PC, 1.5 hours max.

ITEM S-4 New PC Setup & Configure Unpack and setup, configure and update Windows and Internet Explorer, enable and update antivirus software, install printer, connect to LAN and Internet, enable manufacturer installed applications. $120, 1 PC, 2 hours max.

ITEM S-5 Router & LAN Install & Configure Setup Router, add pass-wording, encryption, forwarding, filtering and remote management, connect printers and PCs.  $120, up to 4 Nodes, 2 hours max.

ITEM S-6 Network Device Install & Configure Connect one network aware device to the existing LAN, such PCs, printers, network cards, routers, switches, hubs, cameras.  $60, 1 device, 1 hour max.
